“It’s inadvisable to have a picnic without at least one tin, but preferably two. Here are some small sardines from @jose.gourmet with exquisitely firm texture and some tuna from a brand I can’t remember. Both delicious but the Jose Gourmet definitely beat out the tuna. In general, I don’t eat much tuna, canned or otherwise. One of the appeals to me of sardines is their minimal impact on the environment and tuna is in completely the opposite situation. Tuna are overfished and oversold. Eat more sardines!”
