Roes of Hake in Olive Oil

Roes of Hake in Olive Oil

Roes are e particularly nutritional food, with a high level of vitamin B-12. These haddocks, caught in the North East Atlantic ocean, were dipped in olive oil and lightly seasoned, thus retaining their original properties, exuding their aromas, and showing off their texture. Though easily accessible, this is a rare delicacy.

On a sunny hillside, an olive rolled down and only stopped by the sea. She wanted to learn how to swim, but because she didn’t have fins, a sardine took her to see the ocean, snuggled in her roes.
