Fatinha Ramos
@fatinharamos
Fatinha Ramos is an internationally acclaimed artist and illustrator. With strong, conceptual creations, she opens the door to a universe entirely her own — awash in deep, luminous colors and layered with textures you can almost touch. Each work is a journey; each image, a place where emotion takes shape. Her destination? To strike an emotional chord that words cannot reach.
Urgent themes often pulse beneath the surface — climate change, sexism, racism — yet they are wrapped in a visual language that is poetic, unexpected, and human. Each piece is an invitation to pause, to reflect, to feel.
Her creative path is wide-ranging: editorial illustration, children’s books, monumental murals, animation, ceramics, fashion, theatre, and more. She has collaborated with MoMA (The Museum of Modern Art, New York), Google, Netflix, TIME, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Tate Modern, Amnesty International, the European Parliament, and the City of Antwerp.
Her work has been honored by Communication Arts, the Society of Illustrators (NY), American Illustration Awards, 3×3, Cannes Lions, and many more. She is the winner of the Patrick Nagel Award of Excellence, two Gold Awards in the Institutional and Children’s Market categories (SILA), and both Pro Overall Winner and Pro Category Winner of the World Illustration Awards.
She lives and works between Portugal and Belgium.
