Made from Atlantic and Mediterranean sardines, this pâté is all about bringing happiness to your crackers. Diced onion and garlic, grated carrots, shredded cottage cheese, sardine pâté and chopped parsley all come together in a soft, joyous aromatic blend.

CHILDREN IN THE KITCHEN

“Pancakes” with sardine Pâté
Recipe for 4 to 6 children

Mix 120 gr of flour, ½ teaspoon of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of table salt, 2 eggs, 12 tablespoons of milk, 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix very well. Bake the pancakes in the oven in individual tins or fry in a hot frying pan with olive oil, flipping over to fry on both sides. Serve with 2 cans of pâté.

Potato Salad with Sardine Pâté
Reciep for 4 to 6 adults

Peel two big potatoes, cut them into pieces and place them in a saucepan with cold water and salt as needed. Bring to the boil at strong heat. Mix 3 cipollotto bulbs cut into diagonal slices with 75 gr of parsley and 25 gr of dill or chopped fennel, 125 ml of olive oil, lemon juice and the zest of 1 lemon. Add 2 cans of sardine pâté in pieces. Drain the potatoes when boiled and add to the remaining ingredients. Mix and check the seasoning, adding freshly ground pepper.
